    Prepare for the busy holiday season with this half-day self-care retreat focused on developing an attitude of gratitude. Gratitude is one of the most powerful and healing energies for our bodies, and consciously stepping into that mind-set can help support you as you navigate this busy time of year.

    Come and give yourself the gift of inspiration and empowerment with the Women of Wellness (WoW): Annemarie Sampson, Suzanne Norman, and Cheri Weber. Give yourself a gift this holiday season. Relax, recharge, and step into gratitude with a day of yoga, meditation, & inspiration.

    The morning will begin with our welcoming ceremony followed by a grounding yoga practice. A nourishing lunch will be provided followed by an enlightening discussion surrounding conscious holiday choices. We will end with a group gratitude meditation. There will be healing practitioners available for post-retreat Reiki sessions or ear candling.   Registration is required
